Terms and Conditions - Teaching digital government and AI: Foundational training for educators

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking. 1. Payment Full payment must be made as shown at checkout. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. 2. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be refunded or credited towards a future event. 3. Ticket Transfers Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. To request a transfer, please email us before the event with the new attendee's name and email address. We cannot guarantee transfers requested after the event has begun. 4. Event Access A joining link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking. We are not responsible for non-delivery of access details caused by an incorrect email address or messages being filtered to spam. 5. Technical Requirements It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable device and stable internet connection to access the event. We are not liable for any technical issues on your end, including connection failures, software incompatibility, or device problems. 6. No Replay This event is live only. No recording or replay will be made available. We recommend ensuring you are available for the full duration before booking. 7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, registered attendees will be notified by email. In the case of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur as a result. 9. Behaviour We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to other participants.
